Every spam typically has an originating source, forwarding mail server(s) and an advertised site.  The above list only represents the ISP responsible for hosting the "advertised sites." This list is created from spam received in ten separate email accounts. For each spam received, a complaint was sent to the ISP thereby giving the ISPs an opportunity to resolve their spam issues and hopefully remove themselves from this list.

Spam totals complete through December 31st.  Last page update 1/5/2005 18:14 EST.

Score is a weighted score over the past 3 months.  3 points for each spam from the current month, 2 points for each spam from the prior month and 1 point for each spam the month prior to that.  We feel this will provide a more accurate representation of current spam issues and also help  ISPs Cleaning up to be removed from this list quicker.

See our Registrar Spam statistics Page

All complaints are sent to abuse@provider addresses but as some ISPs choose to reject these emails (I.e. CNNIC.Net.cn, Srit.com.cn) ... we cannot assume responsibility for their lack of awareness of the above data

*We do not believe Intcommsys is a legitimate ISP ... therefore we attribute primary accountability to their upstream ISP ... Above.net.
